Vicky & Ben's Special Day

Vicky & Ben tell their story in their own words.

We began looking for our wedding venue in Autumn 2021 our dream was to get married in the Lake District, and whilst we were holidaying in the area we planned to visit a few venues. Lindeth Howe was the first venue we visited and we fell in love with the venue straight away, the quirky yet classy decor and cosy vibe were exactly what we wanted, and the bonus was that all our guests could stay there too as they were traveling from the midlands.

When we found a date that suited us, Liz & Clare could not have been more helpful. We opted for the Ultimate Wedding Package which covered everything from the cake to the DJ so the pressure was taken off straight away. Any question I had was answered and they went above and beyond to make the day perfect - even arranging a lake cruise with transport the night before the wedding followed by a BBQ in the grounds of the hotel cooked by the chefs.

On the day itself Ben went for a big walk with a few guests and I relaxed in the bridal suite getting ready. I couldn't believe how unstressed we both felt! Liz & Clare popped in to check on us but they were busy coordinating decor, flowers, etc. downstairs so we weren't bothered at all. The day genuinely couldn't have been better, and the sun shone on us all day!

Our wedding photographers were AMB Vision, Carolyn & Chris were exactly what we wanted, they were true professionals but also made us feel at ease and were really easygoing.
