Ulverston CAMRA Beer Festival - Held at Coronation hall in Ulverston, more details can be found on the website. With over 100 beers and ciders signed up already, this promises to be a great weekend!

Saturday 3rd September 2016

It takes a brave person to go swimming in the lakes, and now you can sit on the shores of Coniston and watch lots of them take part in 'Chillswim Coniston. On the website you can find out start times and even how to enter!

Monday 5th September 2016

Stand by to cheer on the amazing cyclists in the Tour Of Britain as it passes through Cumbria! The route this year has the Struggle in it... Best spot for viewing will be there we think! Best get there early!

Thursday 8th - Sun 11th September 2016

The Westmorland County Show.... Cows, sheep, horses, tractors, food, drink, combine harvesters... What more could you need? Us... Well of course we will be there, on our stand alongside Mountain Goat, we are there every year giving out biscuits, cakes and selling half price dinners! Come and see us (we have seats!!).

Friday 9th September

The Kendal Torchlight Festival will light up the night in Kendal Town Centre with an amazing Procession of floats, interesting vehicles, music and non- stop entertainment. More information including the route and the start times are on the website.

Saturday 10th September

Ulverston's medieval Charter Market - Take a step back in time to this fascinating market just like in the olden days! As stall holders and events are added to the website as they are confirmed.

Saturday 17th September

Ulverston Lantern Procession - A great chance to see some amazing lantern creations paraded through the town to a firework finale at Ford Park for fireworks, music and superb entertainment! More information can be found by calling the organisers on 01229 580640 or by visiting the website.

Sunday 25th September

Prom Art - Browse over 70 arts and crafts stall on the Victorian Promenade in Grange Over Sands. It's the largest, and arguably best, arts and crafts fair in Cumbria. The website holds all the information you will need for an amazing visit!
