We are pleased to announce and welcome our new Head Chef, Chris Davies, who started with us on Monday 5th October 2015.
Chris has been in the area for some years starting his career as an apprentice at the Connaught Hotel, London. He then worked as a Sous Chef and a Pastry Chef in a Michelin star kitchen’s in France for a while before taking the Head Chef’s position at Gilpin Lodge gaining their 3rd rosette.
After 8 years at Gilpin Chris branched out to start up a business at The Georgian House Restaurant in Kendal and then went to the Studio in Bowness on Windermere before taking the Head Chef position at The Beech Hill Hotel for 13 years until now.
Chris is excited with his new opportunity of taking the Lindeth Howe kitchen forward on our exciting journey.
