The Hilltop Lounge
Named after Beatrix Potters famous home in Far Sawrey, the Hilltop Lounge is perfect for just relaxing.  You can look out over the garden and Lake Windermere whilst you take afternoon tea.  During the winter months a cosy fire gives the lounge a welcoming feel.  

The Beatrix Potter Library
A quiet reading room with a good selection of books, guides and magazines, as well as a complete set of Beatrix Potter's Peter Rabbit stories.  For anyone wanting to keep in touch with home or work, we have an Internet Workstation on throughout the day.
