All dinners pre-booked with accommodation will receive a 15% discount from the menu price.

A non-refundable deposit of £50 per adult is required to confirm a booking. A higher value deposit is required to confirm a function booking.

When cancelling 14 days prior to your arrival date the deposit is transferred to a subsequent booking made within the next 3 months otherwise the hotel retains it.

Cancelling within 24 hours of your arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay minus the deposit. However, if the room is re-let, only the deposit is retained.

We will be delighted to arrange chocolates, champagne and flowers in your room on arrival. Prices start from as little as £39.95

The hotel has a small indoor pool, sauna, and fitness room. Health & beauty treatments are available on request. Broadband internet access and an internet station are also available. Guests can book to be collected from the hotel on Mountain Goat guided tours of the Lake District. Golf at Windermere Golf Club can be arranged. Fishing permits are available. All rooms are ensuite with tea & coffee, hairdryer, television and radio, direct dial telephone, smoke alarms and trouser press.

Superior Rooms:
All Superior rooms are of a high quality. The main difference is in size and view. Although all rooms have a view, some have a Garden or Lake View. There is also one with a Four Poster bed and two Loft rooms, one with a Lake View

Deluxe Rooms:
Larger rooms with Garden or Lake View, DVD players, enhanced toiletries, hospitality tray.

Family Rooms:
There are two Standard Family Rooms, each with a double bed and a single bed. The Superior Family Double is a larger room with a double bed and two single beds.

Easy Access Ground Floor Rooms:
There is wheel chair access into the hotel and level access to all areas including the leisure facilities. Easy Access rooms have wide doors and support equipment including grabs rails in the bathroom.

No pets, except guide dogs.
