Reservations
A reservation for accommodation at the hotel is confirmed once a cleared deposit has been received by the hotel either by credit card, cash, bank transfer, or sterling cheque.
Deposits A non refundable deposit of £50 per person is required to secure a booking. A higher value deposit is required for group bookings and stays over bank holiday periods that is notified to the client when making the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
When cancelling 14 days prior to your arrival date the deposit is
transferred to a subsequent booking made within the next 3 months
otherwise the hotel retains it. Cancelling within 24 hours of your
arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's
stay minus the deposit. However, if the room is re-let, only the
deposit is retained.
