Reservation & Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of £50 per adult is required to confirm a booking. A higher value deposit is required to confirm a function booking.
When cancelling 14 days prior to your arrival date as a goodwill gesture we will hold the deposit for a future booking taken within 3 months otherwise it is retained by the hotel. Cancelling within 24 hours of your arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay minus the deposit. However, if the room is re-let, only the deposit is retained.
We would strongly recommend taking out holiday insurance in case of cancellation. If you are not covered we advise you to call Cancellation Plan on 08707 744150 or email email@example.com who can provide cover for a small premium.
