Lucy Cooks practical cookery courses are designed to be very hands on, which means lots of creativity and really 'feeling' the food- therefore we do suggest you dress appropriately and wear comfortable loose fitting clothing (flat shoes are recommended as you will be on your feet at you create your dishes!).
