What method of payments do you accept?
We would like you to pay on your day of departure by credit/debit card, cash or cheques.
We accept all major credit cards.

What time is check in/out?
Check in is from 3 pm. You are welcome to arrive earlier and leave your luggage or enjoy lunch or afternoon tea in the lounge. However, we cannot guarantee your room is ready. If this is a problem please contact us, as we will do our utmost to help.
Check out is before 11am.

Do you have Internet access?
Yes. Free WiFi access is available throughout the hotel for guests to use.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed to explore the hotel grounds but are not permitted in the hotel itself.

What kind of parking do you have?
We have plenty of parking around the hotel in our private car park. Disabled parking is also available.

Is there a dress code for dinner?
In the evening we do ask guests to observe a dress code of smart casual. If you are unsure of what this is please contact us and we will be pleased to answer any queries you may have.

Do you offer Room Service?
For guests wishing to enjoy the comforts of their room we offer room service serving a selection of freshly made sandwiches, light snacks and beverages. This is a 24 hour service.
 
Are you a non-smoking hotel?
Yes, We are completely non-smoking. If you do want to smoke we have designated smoking areas outside at the front of the hotel.
