At Lindeth Howe Country House Hotel we are very blessed to have a beautiful Victoria Plum Tree which produces some of the finest Victoria Plums around.  They have ripened very quickly with the burst of sunshine we got this week since the picture was taken but the tree is laden with lots of the delicious fruit.

Lindeth Howe is a lovely property situated in Bowness on Windermere with a wonderful family team.  We were once owned by Beatrix Potter who illustrated and wrote two of her famous books here – Timmy Tiptoes in 1911 and Pigling Bland in 1913.
